The mission of the Internal Audit Unit is to provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve the functions of the CySEC and to help the CySEC achieve its objectives by adopting a systematic, disciplined approach in order to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the processes for risk management, control and governance.
