Pursuant to section 61C(16)(c) of the Prevention and Suppression of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Law of 2007, as amended, (the ‘Law’), the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Committee publishes annual statistics on the number of exemptions granted under the provisions of subparagraph (a) of the relevant section of the Law and the reasons on which they were based.
