Annual Reports

In accordance with the provisions of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (Establishment and Responsibilities) Law of 2001, the Commission is obligated to submit each year to the Minister of Finance a report of activities (annual report). The Minister informs accordingly the Council of Ministers. In addition, the annual report is communicated by the Commission to the House of Representatives.
