Currently the majority of the Web Site information is in the Greek language. Substantial part of the Web Site is also presented in the English language. Laws, Regulations, Directives and Circulars presented in the English language do not constitute official documents and are presented for informative purposes only.

CySEC web site consists of upcoming legislation proposals in the sub-section Legal Framework that concern the Capital Market in general. They are represented in the Greek language. Any views can be expressed in writing in the Commission. In addition, the section European Issues which can be found in sub-section Events consists of consultations and hearings posted by the Committee of European Securities Regulators. Any comments should be addressed directly to the Committee with cc to the Commission.
I am investor who needs an investment advice for a specific stock, via your Web Site. How can I find it?
In no case the information presented in the Web Site constitutes any form of advice and/or prompt for investment in any public company. The investors should always consult an approved investment firm (EPEY) Investment Firms.
